Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "nuebe99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the nuebe99 platform and its operating entity.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

nuebe99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and any balance may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on nuebe99, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You will maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

nuebe99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nuebe99 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• nuebe99 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The general minimum deposit is ₱100.
• Deposits made through supported local payment methods are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time or within the timeframe specified at the point of transaction.
• nuebe99 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than the Player's own verified identity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the nuebe99 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• nuebe99 processes most GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days.
• nuebe99 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Players who fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal suspended.
• Any withdrawal request made while active wagering requirements remain outstanding on Bonus Funds will be placed on hold until those requirements are met, unless the Player elects to forfeit the Bonus Funds.
• nuebe99 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week, as communicated to Players through the Platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

nuebe99 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. nuebe99 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds, will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the nuebe99 Platform are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game providers. By participating in any game on nuebe99, you agree to the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of real-time physical dealing and spinning processes conducted under monitored conditions.
• nuebe99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are set by the game providers and are not altered by nuebe99.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent element of financial risk and that winning is not guaranteed. You agree to wager only amounts that you can afford to lose.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round may be cancelled and stakes returned to the Player's Account. nuebe99's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nuebe99 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Creating or operating more than one nuebe99 Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the nuebe99 Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the nuebe99 Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward nuebe99 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain without first reporting them to nuebe99 support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Responsible Gaming

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the nuebe99 Platform without prior written consent from nuebe99.
• All game content, including graphics, sound, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is governed by their respective licences.
• Any unauthorised use of nuebe99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nuebe99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the nuebe99 Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond nuebe99's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data associated with your Account.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

nuebe99's total aggregate liability to any Player, arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nuebe99 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit nuebe99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by nuebe99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account and the agreement constituted by these Terms & Conditions at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting nuebe99 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.
• By nuebe99: nuebe99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirement.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, nuebe99 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected, funds may be withheld indefinitely and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the nuebe99 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with nuebe99 informally by contacting our customer support team. nuebe99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through direct communication.

nuebe99 operates in the Philippine online gaming market and complies with applicable regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms
